We hope you enjoy your stay with us but please no smoking or drug use in our home. If our cleaners smell or see any signs of smoking/drug use, then a $200 fine will be imposed. Please also be mindful of our checkout time, which is 11:00 AM. We often have other guests checking in the same day as a guest checkout. For every 30 minutes beyond the 11:00 AM checkout time, a $25 late fee will be charged. Although we are a pet friendly home, please keep your furry friends off of the furniture. If your pet(s) cause damage to the furniture, then we will charge an appropriate fee for repairs.
